Online Counselling Support

Pro-Counselling specialises in short-term, solution-focused counselling tailored to individual needs. Our goal is to provide meaningful support and help individuals find practical solutions. Staff referred to us can benefit from up to six online counselling sessions, offering structured counselling support to delve into their concerns and work towards improvement.

This service is designed to address personal and professional issues, offering valuable guidance and assistance.

It’s important to note that while our therapists adapt their therapeutic approach to the short-term framework, more complex concerns may not be well-suited for short-term counselling. In such cases, our therapists will recommend more suitable sources of support.

Rapid access

Individuals are contacted within 24 hours by their assigned therapist to arrange a session at a convenient date and time.

Confidentiality and Ethics

Confidentiality is paramount to us. While we inform a duly authorised GI Group representative about an individual’s use of our service, including session dates, our service maintains strict confidentiality of the consultations.

Our therapists adhere to the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) code of ethics, which means that they will not extend confidentiality unless an individual is deemed a danger to themselves or others, or a safeguarding risk is identified.
Our affiliate therapists are highly experienced, fully trained and qualified mental health practitioners. They are registered members / accredited members of the BACP.

Flexibility tailored for everyone

We understand the importance of personal preferences. Our extensive and diverse network of qualified mental health practitioners allows individuals to request support in their preferred language or choose a therapist of a specific gender, or who aligns with their unique needs and background.

We understand that life can sometimes be challenging, and it's essential to acknowledge and prioritise our mental health. We are providing an opportunity to assess your wellbeing through a simple questionnaire.

The questionnaire CORE-10 is a widely recognised tool used to measure your overall mental wellbeing and can indicate how you are feeling in general. Remember, this is not a diagnostic tool but a way to encourage self-awareness and take a moment for self-reflection.
